Booking Reminders:

Arrival & Setup – We do require up to 2 hours before the event start time for prep & setup.

The table on which the graze will be made up on needs to be provided by the client. +/- a tablecloth.

Collection of grazing boards & props will be arranged, or alternatively the client is welcome to return these to reduce the delivery cost.

Travel Fees – Travel fees apply to all bookings. Please note we are based NOR servicing from Two Rocke to Perth City. For SOR bookings these may not be accepted.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

By placing your order, you are deemed to have understood, consented and agreed to the following terms:

  1. The client is responsible for notifying of any allergies or dietary requirements. Cherrybomb Grazing is not liable for clients neglect in notification of these requirements. Please note we are not a nut free kitchen.

  2. The invoice is to be paid IN FULL at the time of booking this also needs to include the BOND amount. If you need to cancel, 80% of the total amount will be refunded as long as we have been given 4 days (96hours) notice. After this time the amount refunded will be negotiated as some food products may have already been purchased at the cost of the client.

  3. All food items must be consumed within four (4) hours of the initial setup/pickup/delivery time. After four (4) hours food items must be discarded/thrown away. As per local council & government standards. Consumption of food items after this time is at your own risk. Cherrybomb Grazing shall not be liable for any resulting damage, sickness or injury for client’s failure to consume within said period or by failing to comply with health and safety measures of local council and government standards.

  4. Cherrybomb Grazing requires up to two (2) hours for preparation and setup of grazing at the premises on which the graze will be consumed. A table for the graze needs to be provided by the client and a clean, hygienic area with access to a sink needs to be available for all bookings.

Bond Details: A $100.00 bond is required for all Grazing Board, Table & Hire Props bookings. Please bank transfer the bond when paying the due amount, thank you. *Grazing Box Orders N/A*

Clean Up: Please do not wash the boards or submerge in water as this can damage the timber. Just a light spray and wipe is appreciated, thank you.

Insured: CBG is fully insured - Certificate of currency available on request.
